Which data and sources are used? 

We process the following categories of personnel data, in particular: family name, given names, email, telephone, com­pany, department, address. 

For what purposes is your data processed and according to what legal basis? 

The data you provide is needed to conduct our joint busi­ness. 

We process the data under consideration of the provisions of the GDPR, especially based on Art. 6(1) points b) and f) GDPR, the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), as well as any further applicable laws.  

Right to object (Note according to Art. 21(4) GDPR)  

You have the right, at any time, for reasons resulting from your particular situation, to object to the processing of per­sonal data pertaining to you based on Art. 6(1) point f GDPR (data processing based on a weighing of interests). 

Who receives your data? 

Your personal data is only provided to third parties if we are required to do so by law or you have consented to a data transfer. 

How long is your data stored?  

We process and store your personal data as long as it is re­quired to fulfill the above mentioned purposes. 

When the data is no longer needed to fulfill contractual or legal requirements, we shall delete the data insofar as there is no conflict with any commer­cial or tax law require­ments. 

Insofar as we have received your consent for further use of the data, the data shall be deleted or the use restricted, where required, when your consent is revoked. 

What data protection rights do you have? 

As the concerned person (data subject), you have the right to assert your data subject rights. Here, in particular, you have the right of access according to Art. 15 GDPR and § 34

BDSG, the right to rectification in terms of Art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure Art 17 GDPR and § 35 BDSG, the right to restriction according to the stipulations of Art. 18 GDPR, the right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR, as well as the right to object according to Art. 21 GDPR. Fur­thermore you have the right to lodge a complaint with a su­pervisory authority according to Art. 77 GDPR.
